This product uses the rotary movement of the oil resistance belt to continuously bring the oil slick out of the liquid level, and by the scraper fixed on the shell. The oil is scraped into the tank to separate the oil and water and recover the oil.
Oil-water separation steel strip adopts special surface stainless steel strip, which has strong affinity with oil, and can be used for the recovery of heavy oil, industrial oil, food oil, etc., in the oil-water mixing state.

The structure of the steel belt oil-water separator is composed of a motor reducer, a frame, an upper and lower roller, a scraper and a stainless steel belt. Grease scraper equipped with infrared heater, motor above the protective cover, can be used outdoors. When working, the motor reducer drives the roller to rotate the steel belt movement through the water surface, using the physical characteristics of different specific gravity and surface tension affinity between oil and water, which can make the oil slick, heavy oil, oil, grease and other organic liquids adsorbed on the steel belt, and then collected by the scraper scraping down the oil tank.
