Magnetic separators are used for the purification of grinders and other machine coolants (chip oil or emulsion). The iron filings in the coolant are sucked out by the magnetic roller of the separator to keep the coolant clean. The use of magnetic separators can reduce the number of wheel corrections, improve the surface smoothness of the workpiece, and extend the service life of the wheel and coolant.
The magnetic separator is mainly for the separation of iron dust and iron filings in grinding processing, and the iron filings in the cutting fluid are absorbed to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.
In grinding processing, with the improvement of processing accuracy, high-speed grinding and strong grinding technology rapid development, in addition to the selection of reasonable grinding parameters, but also must improve the quality of grinding fluid circulation. The purification device is divided into two types: filter type and power type. The filter type relies on the filter medium to remove impurities, such as screen type, line gap type, sheet type and paper tape type filter.
