Paper belt filter is mainly composed of the following parts: liquid tank, waste cloth box, filter non-woven fabric (commonly referred to as filter paper), transmission structure, signaling mechanism, driving device, water buffer device, electronic control device and liquid pump.
Flat mesh paper belt filter, drum paper belt filter, arc mesh paper belt filter, plate and frame paper belt filter, etc. all belong to the category of gravity paper belt filter, and paper belt filter relies on the gravity of the liquid itself to penetrate the filter cloth to form a filter. The filter is generally within the range of 50L/min-2000L/min, the filtration accuracy is about 15-20 microns, and the unit footprint is small, which is suitable for single-machine filtration, such as cold rolling liquid filtration system.
The paper tape filter relies on the gravity filter cloth of the liquid itself to isolate the debris, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the liquid.
